For Friday night (June 12th, 2026), our Host Hotel will be The Mountain Club on Loon Mountain.

The MOT rate of $200/night (taxes included) is available. Go to https://irm-mtnclub.com/irmng/#/ enter the date (Friday, June 12) along with the Promo Code “Minis”. You will need to change your check-out day to Saturday, June 13 unless you want to stay at this hotel both nights of our event. 

This special booking comes with breakfast for two! You have the option of a Club Room (one king bed) or a Studio (two Murphy Beds plus small kitchenette). If you have a larger group, you can book both and you will be placed in adjoining units (a club + studio).

For the Saturday Morning Rally, pack your bags and head to the Loon Mountain Ski Resort Lot!

For Saturday night (June 13th, 2026), our post-rally event and hotel will be at the Cambria, North Conway. The Cambria is pet friendly! You might consider staying both nights here.

You can book online at https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/TN29N2 -- Important! The default dates will present as the 12th and 13th, you must change check in to the 13th, unless you plan on staying at the Cambria both nights. The base rate is
