All Attendees Agree to Abide by Our Code of Conduct
MINIs On Top (MOT) prides ourselves in welcoming any MINI enthusiast. MINIs On Top does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age,
ethnicity, national origin, physical or mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, appearance, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
When attending MOT events and while participating in online social media related to MOT, participants and attendees are expected to:
- Conduct themselves in a manner that will promote a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone regardless of factors such as race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, ethnicity, national origin, physical or mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, appearance, or military status, and the like.
- Conduct themselves in a manner that avoids behavior that could reasonably be construed as discrimination or harassment, sexual or otherwise.
- Treat all other persons with respect regardless of factors such as race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, ethnicity, national origin, physical or mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, appearance, or military status, and the like.
- Understand that discrimination or harassment, or unwanted and continued sexual advances toward other persons will not be tolerated.
- Refrain from any comments, whether verbal, written, posted on social media, or displayed on attire, that could be perceived or interpreted as derogatory or offensive.
All MOT attendees, volunteers, helpers and other participants share the responsibility of ensuring that this Code of Conduct is followed. Members are expected to report any inappropriate actions
or behavior to MOT Organizers. Violations of this Code of Conduct may be grounds for measures up to and including expulsion from an event and/or a lifetime ban on attending future MOT events, based
on a determination by the MOT Organizers.
