Heidi and Keith's Northern Adventure

We're looking forward to heading north, hitting new tarmac, and seeing new sights!

Here's the plan:

Friday, September 12th, 2025:
Mountain Club on Loon
5:00-9:00 Dinner and drinks on your own at the Black Diamond Pub
 
Saturday, September 13th, 2025:
Parking lot TBD
9:00-10:00 Gather and mingle
10:00 Depart heading north
10:20 Stop at Governor Gallen Memorial for a scenic view
10:40 Continue north
12:00 Stop at Beaver Brook Falls
12:20 Continue north
12:30 Arrive at Poore Family Homestead
12:30-2:00 Picnic and tour
2:00 Continue north to your accommodation (likely Lopstick), check in, explore the area
5:00 Dinner at 1840
7:00 Ice cream (?) and drive up Moose Alley
 
Sunday, September 14th, 2025 (more MOToring if you fancy):

9:00-9:30 Gather and mingle
9:30 Depart for Canada *PASSPORTS REQUIRED*
10:00 Drive Magnetic Hill

11:00 Explore Gorge Park, have lunch, head home or head north -- all up to you!

Registration: 

$30 per adult, $15 per child under 12. Includes picnic lunch and tour admission at the Poore Family Homestead on Saturday.

We will provide drinks, chips, and a dessert as well.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Any purchase will be considered a release and acknowledgement that you have read and accept the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement.

In addition to MINI On Top's waiver, you also agree to sign or e-sign a waiver at the event. If you choose to not sign the waiver, your registration will be cancelled without refund. Thank you!

REFUNDS

In the event that we need to cancel MOT, we will do our best to refund any ticket prices and costs for merchandise that has not been ordered from our vendors, while covering our fees to process refunds. For apparel, etc. that we have ordered, we will mail those items to you.

Other than the event being cancelled, we can’t offer you a refund. Due to the requirements to conduct this event ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes registration fees and Auto Road fees.
